Trains To and From Jakarta

City Bus and Trans Jakarta Busway
There are many regular city buses connecting several bus stations in and around Jakarta. City buses are relatively cheap and is currently the main options for Jakarta people.
For a pleasant transport around the main routes, the Trans Jakarta or Busway provides air-conditioned express buses with dedicated bus lane and bus stops.
Car Rentals
Car rentals are also widely available and even provided by most of hotels in Jakarta. Considering the local driving practices and the complexity of Jakarta traffic regulation, it is strongly recommended to hire car rental along with the driver.
Commuter Train
Commuter trains connect the Jakarta city center to areas in the Greater Jakarta area like Bogor, Depok, Serpong, Tangerang, and Bekasi. There are three types of commuter trains i.e. express, ekonomi AC, and ekonomi.
